Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the website, account system, and related platform features provided by HiModel / HiModel ATG. You should read and understand these Terms carefully before using the service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all or part of these Terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

Platform Services

HiModel / HiModel ATG currently provides website access, account registration and login, strategy signal display, ATG execution entry features, top-up information display, fund transfer records, and other supporting functions related to platform operation. We may add, adjust, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service based on business arrangements, system capacity, compliance requirements, or operational needs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no page display, data description, execution entry, or account feature made available through the platform constitutes a promise of trading results, account profitability, execution success rate, or uninterrupted availability.

Accounts and Security

You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information when registering and maintaining your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, verification codes, keys, and other authentication information. Risks arising from poor credential management, improper authorization, device compromise, or unauthorized use of your account are generally your responsibility.

If you become aware of abnormal account activity, unauthorized access, security vulnerabilities, or any other event that may affect account security, you must notify us promptly through the contact methods published on the website and cooperate with any necessary risk control measures.

Strategy Information, Market Data, and Risk Disclosure

Any strategy signals, strategy descriptions, historical performance information, market prices, charts, execution prompts, and related materials displayed on the platform are provided for informational, descriptive, or operational support purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a guarantee of returns, discretionary asset management, or any assurance of outcome.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Markets may be affected by volatility, slippage, insufficient liquidity, price gaps, data delays, communication failures, and other unpredictable risks.
• Strategy signals may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, interrupted, duplicated, omitted, or inconsistent with actual market conditions.
• Market data, strategy data, and execution information may depend on third-party data sources, third-party interfaces, or third-party execution systems, and the platform does not guarantee their continuity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability.
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to rely on such information, whether to initiate any action, and whether to accept the associated risks and consequences.

Top-Ups, Fund Transfers, and Records

The platform may display top-up details, top-up status, account information, transfer requests, and related ledger records in order to support your review and operation of funds within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted account details, address information, amounts, and other parameters are accurate and compliant with platform requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Top-ups, credits, transfers, freezes, releases, and bookkeeping outcomes may be affected by third-party channels, on-chain confirmations, payment processing, network conditions, system synchronization, or risk control measures.
• Balances, ledgers, statuses, orders, executions, and account records shown on the platform are generated from the data available at the relevant time and are provided for display and reconciliation assistance.
• If any displayed result differs from the platform's valid internal records, or from the response returned by a relevant third-party channel or execution system, the confirmed valid record and applicable third-party result will prevail.

ATG Execution Entry and Third-Party Dependencies

The ATG execution entry made available through the platform is intended only to assist you in submitting instructions to a relevant execution system, reviewing status, or completing execution-chain-related operations. The platform does not make trading decisions on your behalf and does not assume control obligations over any third-party execution system, third-party account system, third-party interface, third-party network environment, or third-party institution.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Execution requests may fail, be delayed, be interrupted, or be rejected due to third-party interface issues, system maintenance, network latency, parameter validation failures, risk control restrictions, permission restrictions, or other external causes.
• Successful submission of an instruction does not necessarily mean successful execution, expected execution price, or timely downstream status synchronization.
• Where losses or discrepancies arise from third-party systems, including execution deviation, delayed status, abnormal responses, or inconsistent records, the platform may assist with reasonable investigation but does not guarantee the outcome of third-party actions.

User Commitments and Prohibited Conduct

When using the service, you must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You must not:

• Register, control, or use an account with false information, by impersonating another person, or through any improper means.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities, money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, malicious arbitrage, abusive data extraction, or other improper conduct.
• Attempt to access, probe, interfere with, disrupt, bypass, or reverse engineer the platform's systems, data, interfaces, or security mechanisms without authorization.
• Use automated programs, abnormal traffic, malicious scripts, crawlers, or similar technical means to impair platform stability or collect platform content beyond a reasonable scope.
• Distribute malware, spam, unlawful information, or any content that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

If we reasonably believe that you have engaged in any of the above conduct, we may issue risk alerts, restrict features, suspend services, terminate accounts, refuse support, or cooperate with regulatory or judicial authorities as required by law.

Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

To maintain system stability, security, compliance, third-party dependency management, or overall operational continuity, the platform may maintain, upgrade, restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service within a reasonable scope. Where maintenance or adjustments are foreseeable, we will provide appropriate notice when practicable.

If you violate these Terms, violate applicable law, create risk for the platform, or adversely affect the lawful rights or interests of other users, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to some or all services.

Intellectual Property

The platform website, systems, page design, written materials, trademarks, interfaces, software code, data structures, and other related content are owned by HiModel / HiModel ATG or the relevant rights holders, except where rights belong to others under applicable law. Without prior written permission, you may not copy, distribute, display, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or otherwise use such content without authorization.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform makes no express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, data accuracy, trading outcomes, execution performance, or profitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, liability, cost, or damage arising from:

• Your decisions or actions based on strategy information, market data, execution entry functions, or page displays.
• Failures or abnormalities in third-party data sources, third-party channels, third-party execution systems, third-party account systems, or external network environments.
• Force majeure events, system failures, hacking incidents, viruses, communication failures, regulatory actions, or other factors beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Your own improper account management, operational mistakes, parameter errors, improper authorization, or violations of law or these Terms.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time in response to legal developments, business adjustments, product upgrades, or risk control needs. Updated Terms will be published on this page together with a revised date. Your continued access to or use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service should first be resolved through friendly consultation.
